Considered to be DEI's best wrap, the EXO Series Exhaust Wrap offers a sinister look with maximum durability and is ideal for the extreme off road rider.

DEI EXO SERIES EXHAUST WRAP (TOP OF THE LINE)

Specifically designed to stand up to the rigors of off-road and extreme-duty uses, the EXO Series Exhaust Wrap from DEI is a dual layer design, that uses a combination of hi-temp fiberglass that's covered with a 304-grade stainless steel exoskeleton. Not only does the EXO Series Exhaust Wrap maintain significant heat protection, it also offers superior abrasion and impact protection. 

It's 1.5" (38 mm) width makes it easy to install on motorcycles, ATV's, UTV's, and other off-road vehicles with tight radius exhaust bends. The stainless steel exoskeleton hooks together when overlapped, saves you time and makes installation much easier. The EXO Series Exhaust Wrap comes with 4 stainless steel ratchet ties to secure it to your exhaust. The EXO Series Exhaust Wrap is the top of the line in exhausts wraps offered from DEI and provides a sinister look and maximum durability.

DEI TITANIUM EXHAUST WRAP (MID-GRADE)

The DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap with LR Technology is made from pulverized lava rock and stranded into a fiber material and woven into a proprietary weave. Engineered to be stronger than glass fiber wraps for improved thermal performance and reliability, the DEI Titanium Exhaust Wrap is ideal for applications like headers on ATV's, UTV's, and motorcycles. The Titanium Exhaust Wrap is very pliable and makes installation easy while allowing for a tighter wrap. You will also need to purchase DEI Stainless Steel Locking Ties to secure the wrap to your application.

Perfect for general power sports applications, the DEI Standard Exhaust Wrap can reduce unwanted radiant heat, increase riding comfort, and reduce the possibility of burns. The Standard Exhaust Wrap also improves performance by lessening exhaust density and accelerating exhaust flow. Wrapping your exhaust pipes is an affordable way to add a cool, custom look. You will need to also purchase the DEI Stainless Steel Locking Ties to fasten your exhaust wrap to your exhaust.
