Ruby red in colour with upfront aromas of fresh red fruit like strawberries, cherries along with dried fruit like figs, intermingled with subtle hints of tobacco and vanilla from the oak-aging. Smooth and balanced with tannins that lend the wine structure and a long finish.  Lots of fruit.  Super soft tannins.

A blend of 93% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Carmenère.

Alc: 13.3%

Deep ruby colour. Aromas of ripe red fruit like cherries, along with spicy notes like white pepper and dill. This medium-bodied wine is juicy with delicious acidity and a very silky texture. It has good persistence in the aftertaste.

This wine is a blend of 41% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Carmenère & 27% Syrah.

Rich greenish yellow in the glass. Elegant and very intense fruity aromas with upfront notes of citrus fruit, like orange peel, along with tropical notes, such as passionfruit, intermingled with hints of asparagus. This is a fresh wine with delicious acidity, fruity flavours, good full volume in the mouth and a long, well-balanced crispy fresh finish.

Food Pairing: Fresh shell fish, Sushi, Rich Fish, white meats like pork and sausages.

3 x B-Liv Organic Rosé 2020 (Chile)

Pale cherry colour in the glass. Very intense and fresh with notes of red fruit, like raspberries and red cherries, intermingled with pleasant citrus fruit notes like pink grapefruit. This is a smooth wine with a good initial attack. It is juicy with flavours of red fruit and subtle herbs that lend it great freshness. Nice length and a pleasant long after taste.
