Background
Fatty acid binding protein 7 (FABP7, alternative names brain FABP (B-FABP), brain lipid-binding protein (BLBP) and mammary derived growth inhibitor-related gene (MRG)). Compared to normal brain tissue and low-grade astrocytomas, FABP7 is up-regulated in glioblastoma, and increased nuclear localization of FABP7 in glioblastoma is associated with EGFR amplification and poorer outcomes. The expression of FABP7 is also linked to enhanced cell motility and migration, with a decreasing docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, [ω-3])-arachidonic acid (AA, [ω-6]) ratio appearing to govern these effects, perturbing the normal, tightly regulated ratio of fatty acids in brain tissue and providing increased substrate for prostaglandins such as PGE2 to promote progression.

Fantastic soap for the dermatitis and eczema prone
You guyyyyysss, my hands have no dry, itchy spots right now. None. This is remarkable because before now I have for years had issues with eczema/contact dermatitis patches that have at times (aka: most times) been pretty unbearable. To say that I’m overjoyed to have found a natural soap that truly works for me is an understatement. When you use this, you can feel that it’s moisturizing your skin. It’s fantastic. If you haven’t tried it, do yourself a favor and get yourself a bar. I’m wondering now if I can use it on my entire body and to wash my hair. That’s probably a little overboard, but it’s that good and now that I’ve used it I suspect all my skin problems are contact dermatitis that could be solved by the right soap/shampoo.

Best I’ve found yet for facial psoriasis
Anyone who has facial psoriasis will tell you there are not a lot of products that you can put on your face without irritation or flareups. This soap is just what I needed. There are no irritating chemicals or perfumes in this soap. I have read other reviews that the soap does not last very long but there is a way to use it to make it last. First, I wet my face and then I wet my fingertips and rub my finger tips across the dry bar of soap and then lightly rub my face with my fingertips softening the plaques and then lightly wash with a soft cotton washcloth. It is not really moisturizing but not over drying either. I follow up with an organic vegetable-based glycerin oil to moisturize. This is the best product I have found yet.

Good for skincare
Not even just good for eczema but also one of the best skincare products i’ve found for dry and dull skin. It does come on a little greasy but it gets absorbed quickly and has a very subtle but nice smell.
