Background
Leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily A member 3 (LILRA3) is also known as CD85 antigen-like family member E (CD85e), immunoglobulin-like transcript 6 (ILT-6) belongs to a family of leucocyte receptors. LILRA3 lacks a transmembrane domain and it is highly homologous to other LILR genes, and can bind human leukocyte antigen (HLA) class I. The biologic role of the LILRA3 molecule and the nature of its ligand are not known. LILRA3 can bind with high affinity to the surface of monocytes, leading to abolish LPS-induced TNF-alpha production by monocytes. It can be detected in B-cells, natural killer (NK) cells, peripheral blood monocytes and lung. LILRA3 transcripts are markedly upregulated in neutrophils from patients with antiphospholipid syndrome (APS). Some polymorphisms of the LILR genes are reported to be associated with susceptibility to diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis.

Love them!

Love them! After 10 years with our MyPillows, they finally lost their fluff. The reviews I read of the MyPillows of today were not good; they didn’t have as much filling as they used to. These pillows remind me of how fluffy our new MyPillows were 10 years ago!! You sink right into them and can mush them however and they stay. These are way cheaper than the Coop and it’s the same concept; add or remove the filling as needed. The cooling side is a huge plus too! You won’t be disappointed with these pillows!

Terrible pillows

These pillows might be fine if you need them for a decorative sham, but definitely NOT to sleep on. They are super lumpy and soft, days after taking them out of package. It seems like there are just bunches of cotton strips in a row that are hard to fluff. They are also dark in some areas, so it looks like the pillow is stained, when in fact it's whatever material the stuffing is. I can't return them because they won't fit back in the box. Super disappointing.
