Ride Height & Setup Tips:

• Standard KLX110/R: Raises the front ~1″ — drop in OEM triple clamp up to 30mm if needed.

Recommended Rear Shocks:

• Standard models: Use TBW1201 or TBW1202 (HD rear shocks).
• 2010+ models: Upgrade to KLX110L-size shock (TBW1205 or TBW1206).
• 2002–2009 models: Use NEW TBW1856 +10mm 300LB shock.

However, over-jumping or flat-landing can still cause bending similar to OEM forks. For best results, avoid extreme impacts and use appropriate rear suspension.
