Background
Fibrinogen-like protein 2 (FGL2) is a member of the fibrinogen-like protein family and possesses important regulatory functions in both innate and adaptive immune responses. Fibrinogen-like protein 2 (FGL2) exists in both soluble and membrane forms. Soluble fibrinogen-like protein 2 (sFGL2) has been recently identified as a novel effector molecule of Tregs and plays a pivotal role in regulating both innate and adaptive immunity. FGL2 mediates its immunosuppressive activity by binding to inhibitory FcγRIIB (CD32B) receptors expressed by antigen presenting cells (APC), including dendritic cells (DC) and B cells, and thus sFGL2 may inhibit the maturation of DC, resulting in the suppression of effector T cell responses and inducing apoptosis of B cells.

Hyena Proof
Color: Acorn - Large, Size: Large
I have an American Bulldog that would chew a brick if he didn’t have an alternative lying around. They won’t last forever (nothing does) but we’ve had two of these over the course of a year and for him that is nothing short of a miracle. And that is daily chewing like it’s his job. I highly recommend the Acornucopia for aggressive chewers with jaws like hyenas…so it’s probably great for your dog too.

My dog is a chewer! She can chew through most chew toys in a day. This has been a lifesaver! She chews on it but has not been able to get any pieces off of it. It is Durable and she loves it! This is a great item. I intend to buy more like this. It is a great product!

My puppy's favorite stick, high quality

Durable

Great buy would highly suggest for dogs that love to chew. I bout a large one for our 5 year old Husky and a medium one for our 11 week old puppy. Both are very intrigued by them and the puppy loves playing fetch with it. The only complaint I have is the size difference between the large and the small. I know measurements were given but the medium looks more like a very small stick. If you have a larger go with the Large size. Medium would really only work for smaller size dogs and pups
