Paglierino brillante con riflessi verdognoli, al naso regala sensazioni leggermente agrumate, floreali e con un netto profilo minerale. Nell’assaggio troviamo una freschezza evidente accompagnata da una sapidità decisa.La zona del lugana si estende dal lago di Garda arrivando fino alle prime colline moreniche più a nord e gode di un microclima quasi mediterraneo assolutamente favorevole alla viticoltura. Questo Lugana DOC della Famiglia Olivini, frutto di vinificazione tradizionale, riesce ad evidenziare l’anima elettrica propria del lugana mediandola e ingentilendola grazie a una fermentazione malolattica parziale, rendendo l’assaggio piacevole e convincente.
Un bicchiere che si accompagna ottimamente a piatti a base di pesce e verdure. Interessante anche da accostare a carni bianche non particolarmente complesse.
