• From Thawed: 6-10 mins.

• Defrost in refrigerator (recommended) run cold water over skewers to thaw.

  Thaw shrimp skewers and garlic butter. If frozen, you can run cold water over to thaw quickly. Once thawed, remove shrimp from bag and brush lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill: Preheat a clean grill to medium high heat. Place skewers on grill and cook, turning once until shrimp are done about 3-4 minutes per side. Shrimp should reach an internal temp of 145F and be opaque. Remove from heat and immediately brush or spread scampi butter over both sides of shrimp. Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Place on a cookie sheet that has been lined with foil and spray with cooking oil. Bake 10-12 minutes until shrimp Shrimp should reach a temp. of 145F, approx 10-12 mins. Remove from heat and immediately brush or spread scampi butter over both sides of shrimp. Shrimp can also be sautéed on the stovetop, 3-5 mins per side.
